06.04.20

Earlier this year, Release by Scatec Solar commissioned a pilot plant in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The installation, located in the Stellenbosch University Renewable Energy Center, hosts three tracker tables, boasting around 45 KWp of DC power feeding into a nearby farm operation.

The plant is fully operational with communication and control systems integrated with Scatec Solar global Control and Monitoring Center in Cape Town. The installation will serve as a testing and training site, and as a demonstration site for partners.
